This type of report is essentially the first step towards understanding the constraints that existing trees may impose upon development.
This type of report is used once the initial design phase has been completed , it will assess the likely impacts upon any trees in relation to the development proposal and recommend trees for removal or retention. Options for minor amendments to the design or mitigation of the impacts through sensitive design will be provided at this stage.
Once the designs are finalised and the trees to be retained and protected are confirmed, a tree protection plan is used to specify protection measures required to enable the safe retention of the trees.
We also provide, install and certify tree protection measures such as temporary fencing, trunk and branch protection and ground protection measures.
